      DELL FORCIBLY SELLS PAID TECHNICAL SUPPORT – I added WD Blue SA510 as my secondary drive and was facing the problem of intermittently losing my drive in “File Explorer” and could not access my files.

      Stupid fast! – I love how fast this is! It’s a downgrade from my Inspiron 15 (5328). But performs much smoother with a SDD and much larger RAM. It’s like a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The pics and full description of what it comes with is incorrect for some things listed. I received one without an Ethernet port. But, nobody uses them anymore, that I know of. Only offices maybe. It’s for home use through my highly encrypted gateway, so not too concerned. I’ve been had before purchasing goods to good to be true, but I’m hedging my bets with this one.

      A great little laptop that is powerful too – I repeat what others have said: a great wee laptop with a lot of RAM both volatile and persistent. You can get your everyday computing needs met nicely with this laptop. I do not need to use it that much but for what I want it works GREAT. I am confident if you put it through its paces you’d have no trouble. Note I don’t use it for gaming so take my 5 stars for that area with a big grain of salt. LOL.
