      Buyer Beware: It was a good computer until the hinge broke after 6 months. – I was pretty pleased with the laptop until last week when I noticed it started making a noise when I opened it. It was the right hinge. The second time I tried to open it after that, it wouldn’t open at all. There was no gentle way to open it, so I forced it open. The side of the screen started to rip apart, so I stopped. With the laptop not completely open, I managed to backup everything; however, it was running slower. I took it to a computer repair shop and he said this is the second one he has gotten in this week along with two HPs, all with a hinge problem. He can get a part shipped in two weeks, which doesn’t do me any good. I was hoping for a quick fix. I’ll call Dell, but I’m a contractor, and I can’t work without my laptop, which means I don’t get paid. Thanks a lot for the design flaw, Dell! I gave this two stars because it was a nice computer, and I haven’t called Dell yet.

      Dell still the #1 laptop brand. Do not dissapoint – Esta máquina es excelente, muy rápida. Tenía una i7 generación 8 y esta nueva hace parecer a la otra como una chatarra, aunque no es así. Pero la velocidad de ejecución de esta es sorprendente. La resolución de la pantalla es muy rica, vívida y clara. Los acabado de la laptop son muy buenos, se siente de excelente calidad. Me gusta cambiar mis laptop cada 2 años y casi siempre voy con Dell, nunca me ha decepcionado.

      So Far, So Great – Have had this about six weeks now, and couldn’t be more pleased, overall. Familiar with Dell laptops because of my work computer (5500), and so when I needed a new home laptop, going Dell was a no-brainer.

      Not built for sound. – So far this laptop has been amazing. But the speakers are awful. It needs to be turned way up to hear it. I’ve watched some YouTube videos on it & can’t hear them unless it’s up to at least 65%. Maybe headphones would work better?
