      Arrived Without a Battery – Dell laptop seemed to be a nice computer as long as it was plugged in. Once I unplugged it, it wouldn’t start. With it plugged in again, I ran the diagnostic test. It reported that the battery was not installed. Poor quality control before shipping.

      Fast boot times – I bought mine from Dell for 399.00 with 8 gigs of ram, Dell sent me one with the Iris(R) Xe graphics instead of the Intel UHD no complaints ther lol. Their pricing a couple of weeks ago changed twice. They upped the price from 399.00 to 599.00. Then changed it to 449.00. Now you can’t order one with Xe graphics unless you get the 512 gb hdd with 12 gigs of ram. The price for that is now 699.00.
