Not the best but ok for the price i got it for – After about 3 hours if use the enter key came off it came in a box with no packing protection just cardboard it runs almost all low end games and some high end games other than that you get what you pay for

Not the Resolution Promised – The detailed product description (Refurbished Dell 5490) says this will have a FHD (1920×1080) resolution, but the refurbished machine I got had only 1366 x 768 resolution. It took me 1-2 days to notice this, but I have other identical machines and I did notice some screens definitely have less detail and content on one screen. I do not do gaming or much graphics, just MS Office and mail, so it was not instantly noticeable.
