They sent a better one than I bought! – Everything about this laptop is perfect! I had no idea they were going to send a better one than I bought! It looks brand new and boots faster than my Galaxy S22 Ultra, which is crazy! Everything works on it. Also, it has a beautiful touchscreen. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

fingerprint – The fingerprint password is not working, ive tried so many times creating fingerprint password it always failed and i found out that there is a hair line like in the fingerprint sensor..The rest is working fine

Great little laptop. Great customer service. – This unit is advertised with 16GB of RAM. It actually comes with 8GB of RAM and cannot be upgraded. I contacted the vendor and they supplied me with a 512GB hard drive to replace the 256GB hard drive that was originally installed.

Got the correct 2-in-1 laptop – I was worried even after triple-checking that I might be getting the regular Latitude 7390 instead of the 2-in-1. But was pleased to receive the 2-in-1 as promised! I love the size and function of the laptop and the specs are decent enough. Made sure to factory reset the laptop and then upgrade to Windows 11 out of the box. Great laptop for my purpose of using as a standalone drawing tablet.

Like New – Arrived when they said it would (no 2 day shipping). Laptop came preloaded with Windows 10 but I was able to install Windows 11 during initial setup of the computer. I purchased an extended warranty, so hopefully I will get 2 years or more use.

Like it alot but….. – Like it alot, its fairly powerful. The screen looks great. Everything works but the battery lasts a while to get to half way but once at half way it goes to empty immediately and needs to be plugged in. Im leaving 2 stars cause that’s a pretty big deal on a portable device and should have been full tested but clearly hasnt.
