The cpu, model, ssd, and everything else matched the listing. All the ports work as well as the speakers and the battery life seems ok so far. Overall great laptop and seller very happy!

Nice sleek laptop – I purchased 2 for my twins going to college and the specs on this laptop meet the requirements. First, the laptop came one day early which was great. Packaged good for shipping. They came charged and work great so far there is no lag on built in webcam. All around great product. My twins are ready for college thanks to this seller.

From 100% to low warning to shut off in less than 45 min 🙁 that to with just regular word excel work and gmail, no intense browsing. Other than that good deal. Seller answered my questions promptly. Laptop arrived well packed and on time. Btw the charger also stopped working. That will add to cost 🙁 it is under warranty but it’s a hassle to return and I have reinstall everything again so not do it. Hope this helps.

Constant problems – PC user since 1992. many Models many versions from DOS to Windows 3, Windows 95 all the way to Windows 10 which is the current model that I have. I’ve had laptops desktops and everything and never had a problem never had to any repair never had to have any replacement. This computer, however, has been endless endless endless problems. Had to take it to my local repair man twice when I couldn’t do anything myself which is fairly extensive. Now, not that day goes by and some mysterious errors, weird events etc. arise several times a day forcing me to reboot over and over again. When it works it is fantastic brilliant I love. But all this constant errors is a major headache. I cannot find anything error checking tool for the computer I do regular cleanup CClean, & defrag. I update every time there’s an update. Most recent adventure to the repair shop required a complete reinstall of Windows and even after that there are constant problems. It is now well past time of return. All my previous computers that I bought a refurbished came from New Egg or Tiger Direct. There were excellent never any problem. I will never recommend this. From now on I stick with New Egg. BTW Price came WAY down I paid 500.
