The seller Techrefurb was excellent when an issue cropped up with the battery and went out of their way to make sure I got a replacement before my trip by extra testing it … in this day and age its hard to find responsive sellers like this. As for the laptop, it works like a charm, is lightweight and Windows 11 ready even though I made sure I got Windows 10 Pro (Enterprise) when I was looking for laptops. Will update review after using it for a trip and more in few months.
