      Well rounded and a good deal – Works very well. High memory for running virtualizations. Win11 pro so bitlocker works. Processor is good enough for most work. Good usb connections. Handles office just fine. Touchscreen is convenient once in a while.

      Works but issues – The laptop functions properly, however there is a defect in the screen (purple mark) and the back of the screen came with a decal on it. I am assuming it was done to cover scratches or defects. I would assume “renewed” meant they would replace the screen before they sold it to me, not just slap a sticker on it and call it good for the amount paid.

      Scam? Decide for Yourself – I have a condition that restricts my mobility. It’s quite painful and harmful for me to go through the process of returns. Imagine how bad something should be so I have to return it. And then NOT get a refund.
