      Works great – I had to buy a separate mouse because the built in one does not work the best. Other then that it works great!

      Dead on Arrival – Unit would only power enough to hear fan start for a second and shut down. Returned for refund. Will not try a repeat.

      Outstanding value – Needed an upgrade to a powerful laptop for home CAD work, and this one fit the bill. Nice to find a three year old box with Core i7 processor and plenty of RAM to do the job. Couldn’t be happier! Looks brand new, everything works flawlessly.

      Problemas con el producto – Recibi el producto a finales de diciembre por problemas con el transporte a Venezuela, desgraciadamente la bateria de la laptop no sirve, no puedo devolver a USA el producto por los costos, quisiera saber si me pudieran enviar una bateria buena, a la misma direccion en USA, por garantia

      DEAD ON ARRIVAL – machine was dead on arrival. Sent back on my dime $27.00. return my money it’s a no sale. I have replaced my computer thru other source. Return $349 + tax $379. REFUND.

      Good laptop, but some features just ain’t there – This is a classic Dell, good effective laptop but the onboard microphone, if there is one, will not show up except in the BIOS. Not a huge deal, but a pain. Also the fingerprint reader doesn’t work and cannot be activated in spite of thorough troubleshooting.
