***UPDATED*** questionable condition, webcam dysfunctional – ****Since my poor experiences with this product and replacements, the seller reached out directly offering to replace the item again. I was already frustrated as you can read in my initial review, but decided to give them another opportunity to make it right. Reaching out the way they did demonstrated positive customer service in itself, so I went for it. I have since received the replacement direct from the seller, which is in fantastic working order and condition. They also sent a prepaid return label for the original replacement to be returned directly to them instead of going through Amazon again. I am very pleased with the direct customer service, clear communication, and satisfactory replacement item. Therefore, I have increased my review to 4 stars, short of 5 due to 2 products coming in damaged to begin with. Great customer service though, which is so very important!*****

Satified – Let’s start here. I was looking for a small laptop for my son in preparation of having to do high school on line and the possibility of myself having to work from home through this pandemic. Initially received the laptop and it did not have a valid Windows 10 product key. I contacted the seller and after a couple of days was provided with a key. It was not valid. I followed up with the seller and then was provided with another product key in which registered. This laptop is performing as I had hoped and is quick on start up and navigating the internet. My son enjoys using it for his school work. Time will tell if it was worth purchasing a refurbished laptop.

Keeps falling apart – Hinge on the monitor keeps coming off. When went to fix it noticed only 2 out of 6 screws we there. The other 4 were never put in. Description said everything went through and replaced but not true. STAY AWAY

Battery issues – Well, I’ve had this laptop for a day now and for the price and given that it’s a refurbished device, issues are to be expected. But every few hours it seems the battery disconnects. I’ve been plugged into an outlet but two times now I’ve gotten warnings that the system can no longer detect the battery. On one occasion, even though I was plugged in, the system suddenly went into sleep mode as well. Overall this isn’t a problem for me as I almost exclusively will be plugged in. I definitely will not be working on anything critical while unplugged, however.

vendor issue = quality scattered eventual meh good service – Troubled from the start with chassis being warped lid not closing quickly replaced but another issue with cord slipping out then another fast replacement.. lve since learned these have an issue with ac cords not well designed so when the replacement came and was not too much better l opted for an invention sold here on amazon tethering it in place for 13usd. anyway l then had op system issues a blue screen an went through heck of a time resolving it by thumb drive install of new win 10. ..to this day it will shut on me and when l hit start but it returns to whatever screen l had up. research had me heat sink issue but it seems with a fan control app no real changes occurred. search stopped working and all the fix avaiolable online do not work.. l would not buy again due to apparent quality issues of batch buyer vendors of off lease machines like these guys seems like too much slap shod repairs and lack of quality control
