Battery life is not good. – Battery life is not good. Constantly have to work while on charge. 2 hours max without being plugged to power. Other than that it’s a good computer. But it’s like living at home and your electricity goes out after two hours and you have to turn on the generator.

This machine came in “S” mode. – I like the speed, the screen quality and the size. I am not to pleased with it being in “S” mode as it will not allow me to download various software that I normally use.

Brand new product arrived with a damaged screen?! – Was hoping I could fix on my own but all Google searches lead to a screen replacement. Literally just got this from Amazon today and turned it on and there’s the dreaded white spot.

I was not able to give it a zero rating – I purchased this laptop for my daughter in college. It has issues almost immediately and has had issues ever since. The IT department at her university has finally suggested that we return it and Dell has failed to provide any support. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else. This is not even a good paper weight
