Fast & easy to work on! – This PC is super easy to work on and upgrade, most needs no tools. It is super fast. I pay for 400MBps internet and this PC sucks a whopping 1.5GBps speed out of my service provider. Pages open clickety split. It came with 8GB ram but will hold 2 sodimm of 16GB total of 32GB and is a 64 bit system. at system idle after initial start up system uses 47% of installed 8GB ram so I bought the 32GB ram for $84US. I found the dual band WiFi card this uses for $14. This PC is 8 times faster than my old Dell One 2020. I have not used all of the things this PC has, having only owned it for less than a week but I plan to add the ssd to store important documents, music & video on. Main hdd is sata and I was originally windows 7 so at some point I will need to clean install windows 11 and will not lose data stored on ssd. The items that made me choose this PC was HDMI in & out feature, and that it is a quad core i5 and will hold 32GB ram.

Not what I expected – I’ll never buy refurbished items again. One you don’t get an owners manual. Two all the cord hook ups are in a spot where you have to lay the computer on it’s face too plug in. When you do, you’ll have to wait about ten minutes for the computer to restart. Frustrating frustrating frustrating
