      computer is good but customer service is not! – Pros: The computer has been working very good and is much faster than the one it replaced. Cons: the monitor that came with it has really poor quality video and could not get it to work well with the computer, the speakers that came with it sound ok but they are terribly annoying with the flashing color changes on the front. Lastly, the customer service is terrible. I have a problem with setting one of my devices to work with the computer and they would only tell me to look up things on the internet and were no help at all.

      Great value – It does not include the VGA port cord. Everything runs good, but if you’re buying it for gaming, I’d caution you that you’ll need to buy a video card.

      Good computer. Cheap accessories. – Everything as far as the actual computer are fine. The keyboard and mouse combo, the keyboard will not connect to the computer so we have to use the on screen keyboard which is very frustrating because we had to go buy a separate keyboard to get through the computer setup.

      I got it 2 days early – Came 2 days early. FedEx driver treated it like a box of hot potatoes, he walk up and just dropped it. The box even bounced. I brought it in and it was very well packed. No damage that I could detect. Set up was easy, everything works as I expected to. So far, so good. I’m happy with the computer not happy with FedEx.

      No bluetooth, camera, audio included. Struggles with Sims 4. – Wonderful for the price but I bought it so I could talk to my doctor. A Webcam, speakers, or audio of any sort is not included. Not really a good gaming computer, it seems to struggle with the Sims 4. It MIGHT be able to run Minecarft but that’s it. It does not have bluetooth. Value for the money is ok if you’re just doing schoolwork or your taxes but if you want a gaming computer or something to run serious software, look elsewhere.
