Reliable – The product works great. I had a minor issue and it was resolved via their tech number. They open at 8 am, not 730 am, like their profile says….btw.

No Bluetooth or Wifi – This computer does not come with Bluetooth so your wireless headphones mice or keyboard will not work with it. It also does not come with wifi capabilities. You have to use a USB dongle that comes with the computer to get wifi but it’s very unreliable and regularly disconnects.

Reconditioned – I did not know about the display ports on the computer. I through they were HDMI. The label on the computer said windows 8 not windows 10 my monitor is HDMI. Well Got a HDMI to Display port cable and found that the computer is windows 10. My Monitor has speakers but do not get sound through the cable.
