Seems like there is no quality control – I bought this planning to rebuild and upgrade. When I opened it up first thing I saw was the ssd wasn’t in its spot or secured. Ok so an ssd could sit just about anywhere and work correctly but then I saw the ram sitting in slot one and two. Then I realized why. Whoever put it together broke the third bay housing. Garbage employee breaking a decent product. For those that don’t know ram should sit in 1 & 3

The machine is fast and just like in the picture … but – I bought this machine for a home business use. For business applications it is very fast. Yesterday was patch Tuesday and the 12/2022 patches downloaded and installed without a hitch. The only issue I had was that the text of the Amazon listing says “WIFI”, but the picture shows no such thing. Pictures don’t lie and their was no WIFI card installed. No problem, a quick trip to the nearest M_C_ computer store and that issue was solved. For the money (even including the WIFI card), this machine can’t be beat at this time. It will serve well until Windows 10 is no longer supported. Again, it is FAST in business applications. Well worth the money.

Great product, but one thing. – This product is well worth the price and is good for some games. The only problem I had was with the wi-fi adapter. It was using a outdated wi-fi version, It was very sensitive (one little push and the internet went out) and It uses usb 1.0. It got very annoying so I picked up a new wi-fi adapter. So if your getting this pc, I would recommend the ac1300 archer t3u plus as a internet adapter. Much more faster and supports 5g.

The only thing I really want or needed this for was the sims 4 and schoolwork. I’m not a hardcore gamer so I didn’t wanna spend $500+ on a PC, so I thought this would do. No Wi-Fi – The i7 in this thing is no joke works great tho the gpu I put in it is an r7 240, when running games the gpu is on 100% while the cpu is yet to pass 30% with more than one application open, super fast loads everything in seconds. It does have some problems tho… it was super super dusty when it came in, that doesn’t really bother me tho no big deal…. However it didn’t have on board Wi-Fi as advertised which is a real pain to deal with. Other than that this thing is absolutely awesome 4/5

great value – what arrived was very well packaged and in like new condition. it was setup and installed flawlessly hooked up to my Wi-Fi with no issues works in all ways looks as a brand new computer and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I knew going in that this may or may not update to windows 11 well it will not according to Microsoft that was disappointing, but I have 3 years to use it and for $300 dollars and 1 year warranty I feel that is a good value. I wished they would say if it would take the windows 11 update or not because people like me do not understand the computer jargon about all of the requirements for compatible systems. I will not hesitate to buy from these folks in the future when I need another computer so don’t believe all the negative reviews which just confuses your decision because all the other computers out there have them no matter who rebuilds them. hope this helps.
