A Good PC for the price – I really like the form factor and have purchased a second unit. There is an error in the listing. The processor in the units I have received are not Intel Core i7-7700, but rather an Intel Core i7-7700T. The difference here is the the i7-7700 at 3.6GHz and turbos to 4.2Ghz, while the i7-7700T operates at 2.9GHz and turbos to 3.8GHz.

Useless junk, unless you need a paperweight – Bought three of these from Quality Recertified in April and they are all dead now. They were very used machines, not quality in any way. They came with i5 labels on them but did have an i7 CPU in them, one machine was DOA wouldn’t boot when we got it, junk SSDs and RAM in all 3, replaced SSD and that one worked for a while. Now all 3 are dead, seller knows it’s junk, will do nothing to rectify it, so I would suggest staying clear of any refurbished Dells on Amazon. So far I have 5 and all were bad. The other 2 were same models from from Mega Tech PC which they are accepting a return. Switched to getting them from dellrefurbished dot com which is a Dell site and they are SO MUCH better!!!

small, capable Office PC with some idiosyncrasies – Dual monitor support is there, but pay attention, one of those is DisplayPort instead of HDMI, so make sure you have a cable or converter handy (I just happened to have the latter).

Absolutely not like new – The item does’not much to its description. Instead of being like new I would say that this device was heavily used. Dents and blemishes, small scratches. You don’t get them from a regular office use.
