Reseller is not doing a good job on refurbishing Dell computers – Complete waste of time. Avoid this reseller of refurbished Dell computers. Will not boot up. See video of rapidly flashing power button. This unit is garbage for $360.00. Beware!!

Great Bang for Your Buck – Got really excited when they arrived as when I pulled them out of the box they had an i7 sticker on them. Product title stated i5 but I thought I got lucky LOL. They were indeed i5 but that is what i paid for so no loss of stars. The ones I received came with antennas and built in WiFi so I guess I got lucky there. I usually replace the SSDs installed with brand new ones since that is the only issue I ever had with these refurbished units, they are sold with inferior SSDs. I value my customers data highly so I like to have a good brand drive in as well as backups of course, but doesn’t hurt to have a reliable drive inside as well. These computers fly for normal business work and are definitely worth it for the price.
