outdated desktop – not for gaming – received computer in good shape but it was outdated and dropped the wifi connection so we did windows update and other drivers with help of tech support which is shoty at best. they kept telling me to view videos on youtube instead of giving me step by step directions. most of them videos weren’t even correct. Its still dropping wifi connect in the middle of doing stuff. I returned to the paper weight back.

Wrong Cpu – Amazon description says Core I7. That is incorrect. This PC has a Core I5. That substantially reduces the value and performance.

Was missing a part, but was resolved to my satisfaction. – The computer did NOT have a DVDRW as advertised, but everything else checked out and is working properly. It arrived in a timely manner. I contacted the company asking for a DVDRW and they asked me if I wanted an internal or external DVDRW. I asked for an internal DVDRW and I would install it–I even sent pics so they could measure for the right device, but when the part came it was an external DVDRW. In the end I am satisfied with purchase despite the mix ups.

EDIT: Great customer service in response to – Loudest fan I’ve ever heard – The computer works as advertised but as I was installing programs, the fan came on and it was so loud that it drowned out the music I had playing on my iPhone. In 20+ years of being in IT, this is the loudest fan I’ve ever heard. Unfortunately, I need a quiet work environment due to making recordings so will have to return it for a different model.

Great company to buy from – I am very pleased with the refurbished Dell 7050 computer I bought from this company. They sent it to me very quickly, it was packaged well so that it arrived without damage, and it works very well. There was only one small glitch in that the bluetooth dongle was not included in my order. I spoke with Mathew in customer support and he is sending me the missing dongle. I highly recommend this company.

very nice WS – this is an excellent configuration for a business workstation, and, it’s nice and clean with no cosmetic damage, and the price is right as well.
