Value for the Money – The item was shipped without the video adapter. I emailed the supplier and they shipped immediately.

Good Price and Great performance. – 1st computer sent to me Failed within the first 2 weeks. I attempted to work with the vendor to do on site repairs. We were not successful. Amazon sent me a replacement and it has been working flawlessly now for close to a month. A refurbished computer is not new, But both units sent to me looked nearly new. As for the 1st one failing, it is just one of those things that happen. I honestly believe that what a company chooses to do to correct a defect speaks volumes. I would gladly do business with this company again.

had to buy a $30 cable for monitor to work that it indicated that it came with the PC – Monitor would not work with normal VGA cable, had to call tech support.Got voicemail, they did not return my call, called second time left a voicemail, 3rd call someone answered but got disconnected. 4th call tech support told me I had to buy a $30 video cable that information that came up on the screen indicated it came with the PC it did not.

Not refurbished – Got the computer it had a lot of cosmetic flaws but what do expect for a used desktop. I opened it up and it hadn’t been cleaned. I set it up but the ethernet port wouldn’t work and I tried everything I could think of plus anything I could find online but no dice. As resort I called the company’s support line and was told that it was working when it left thier premises. So I packed it up and sent it back.

f12…f12….f12….lol…grrrrr – don’t start up like it should if i didn’t know pc’s i would of had to call the tech but remembering f12 reset key it had options now had to do it a few times till the windows stopped booting and rebooting everytime a loss of power happens it resets back to DOS screen looking for a windows and never finding one so when it says hit anykey to restart windows then hit f12 scroll down to windows and click yeah!!! lol grrrr
