equipment failed, but George at customer service was amazing at sending me new stuff. – I had a lot of trouble – failed mouse, failed keyboard and now computer not working – now I’m getting pissed off – this computer from SJ Computers is faulty – I got fobbed off with a new wifi adapter and this computer now tells me “no internet” – guess what, my laptop works fine – nothing wrong with the internet. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SJ COMPUTERS- THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY CRAP! NOW IT’S THE WEEKEND, AND I HAVE NO COMPUTER! AMAZON – BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

looks new – Got here a day early ,good packing .So far I have less than 30 min using it, dell monitor is real nice,computer tower comes with one fan and no noise so far.For me the side buttons on the mouse are a problem,in a flash you site is gone,so I ordered a dell mouse around 12.00.The other thing is the key board works fine but I like my old one better,I think I made a good choice with this

Good system for normal daily use – I ordered this for a single purpose system that was not well supported on my Mac. The system is adequate for my needs, but I never was able to get the included wireless keyboard and mouse to work. I found an old USB keyboard and mouse in my closet full of computer parts and problems solved.

EXCELLENT CISTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT:) – The computer was for my 10 year old daughter and she loved it. We did encounter a problem soon after purchase where the system just stopped working and the blue screen appeared. Messaged the seller and got a quick response on how to fix the problem with links included. Seller even went as far as mailing me a USB with the software needed to fix it. Didn’t even know they were going to do that buy it was much appreciated. They were very professional, quick and attentive and because of this I decided to write probably my first detailed review.

I don’t know. – I don’t do gaming on my computers, so I can’t speak to that, and I haven’t reached out to tech support, so I can’t speak to that. I can’t get the keyboard to work, but that may not be the keyboards fault.
