Great Deal, Lightning Fast PC! – Just set up the PC and I am super happy with this purchase so far. My old computer was getting bogged down with the graphics work I was doing, and the same work is barely putting a dent in this computer. I did buy the protection plan just in case because of the reviews and I have all my files sync’d to the cloud as well. Hopefully it lasts. I also love how much smaller this PC is compared to my old one. It fits on my desk right next to my monitor. Will update review if I have any issues down the road.

Ehh – The PC is ok. From the time I got it the CD drive didn’t work. I tried to contact them, but there was no place where I could. Computer works fine, tho. Just the CD drive

Worked about 1 month past warranty.. – Was supposed to be a refurbished unit. I am a computer technician, so when I found the warranty wasn’t going to help I decided to try and repair it myself. Based on the problem it has I suspected an overheating issue. When I removed the CPU cooler I found no heatsink compound on the CPU. Refurbished?? Not hardly. Buyer beware!!!!!!

What a deal! – I just received this item and so far so good! I was nervous buying a refurbished machine, but so far I’m impressed. There was a small scratch on one corner, very minor and totally cosmetic, and I did have to shell out for a longer power cord and a display port-HDMI adapter (there was no HDMI input as advertised!) but overall this thing is already a HUGE improvement over what it’s replacing. I’m happy there’s no bloatware. I’m still working out the kinks of layouts, personalizations, and rebuilding my bookmarks, but I like this machine. Now to see if it lasts any real length of time!

Great customer support and power house of a computer! – So originally I got the PC and one of the fans was terribly loud. Turned out it was the power supply fan. I contacted the seller and they quickly shipped me an entire new OEM power supply at no charge. As well as a USB Bluetooth adapter and TP-Link AC1300 WiFi USB adapter because I was having problems with the WiFi adapter that came with it.

Some peripherals ARE JUST PLASTIC paper weights – mouse and keyboard maybe wireless in another universe but in this one they suck and never connect. tried connecting to other computers and laptops and had no connection, fail…i got a keyboard with a different usb wireless transmitters that doesn’t even belong to this keyboard, how weird is that? (if that’s what their called). the PC itself is ok…fan on it may need an upgrade, and so does the graphics card. so far, it has been two months and runs like a champ playing apps and running internet, video quality is not ultra 10k but it is bare-able for movies. I definitely need to upgrade hard drive to a bigger size. playing games i have no idea yet how it handles it or how bad it lags. you do get what you pay for and i get it. however, wish everything you did get worked right off the bat. luckily, i have acquired through the years wired peripherals that are doing the job now, but I wish, come on man, someone in that company would make sure that the keyboard and mouse worked, bare minimum connect to the computer. taking away one star per non working device…you could of had 5 stars but you mess that up for your lack of care.
