      Good deal – It could be near a 5 star but had to deduct one. An HDMI adapter was missing, but Tech support or packaging department completely forgot that. They sent me one later. The computer is working fine but the fan noise is rather loud. (I used to use the same one so I know this product well.) It’s a refurbished so one can’t expect a mind condition. Overall. I am satisfied.

      I received mostly what was described, but I am satisfied. – I received mostly what was described on this page. I did receive the 9020M which is the micro form factor. After reading some of the reviews here, I wasn’t sure what I would get. When I saw the package at my door, my first fear was allayed. The Fed/Ex box was tiny. This was definitely a micro.

      As long as your know what you’re getting and what you’re not getting these are fine – I bought a couple of these as a test for a few users who needed an upgrade from win7. After getting them set up, I noticed the performance was pretty good, the SSDs seem to be true SSDs and the processors are adequate. RAM obviously is plenty for general office for Microsoft Teams and Chrome browser tabs. Win10 Pro is a $99 upgrade on its own so obviously the best part about these PCs is the price.
