Good customer service – Good customer service, I had a problem connecting my older monitor to my cpu, and in just minutes the customer service made all the arrangements that I need to use my older monitor, now is working. I’m very happy

Not as advertised – Advertised with a 2.90GHZ processor but came with a 2.00GHZ processor. The USB wifi adapter’s best speed was 1.83Mps from my high speed internet connector. I ran a speed test on my phone and it s 53Mps. Also the HDMI capability is via an adapter on an I/O port. Based on all of that, I considered returning the item but I decided to purchase a faster wifi adapter to see if the download speed will increase. If it does then I will likely keep however I WILL NOT buy anything else from this seller.

Excellent small computer, zero problems or hassles – It works, doesn’t stink (I think it was refurbished, don’t recall) very quiet, comes with peripherals for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and tech support was fantastic the one time I contacted them. I blew away the os so I could build a NAS but then realized I had bought the wrong storage hardware so I gave up on that for a while and turned it into a standard windows machine. I didn’t back up the original OS so I contacted them and they gave me instructions on how to get my windows 10 back. Quick and easy!

Fast setup for Windows 10 Pro. Excellent value for the money. – Very nice small form factor computers for use with Zoom meetings at work. The only thing missing is a VESA mount holes for mounting these computers onto the wall or back of TV.

Broke in 4 months – Suddenly wouldn’t start after 4 months, or just after your cheap 90 day warranty expired….. in my opinion that is really really bad……. It worked fine before this. I thought it was the power supply, but tvsf wasn’t it. So it’s probably the damn motherboard. I’ve owned a lot of computers and never had a motherboard go out on me….. and definitely not in 4 months. There is no way you should be able to sell me something that is going to break in 4 months when nothing I did caused this issue. It just sat on my desk and I didn’t do anything that would put stress on this unit. This is your fault. You sold me a faulty piece of garbage and i am forced to pay the price…. When i looked this up the power supply that came with this was not made for a dell. It said online that it was made for a Hewlett-Packard….. That very well may have something to do with why it isn’t working. U best know I will look into this. I’m very unhappy
