Pretty good computer for a very good price. – Was a little concerned about a slight delay in delivery but customer service was very responsive and tracked it for me. Wireless and Bluetooth adapters were missing, but, customer service responded quickly and shipped them right out with tracking. Computer operates very fast for surfing the internet and streaming video. Could only give 3 stars for gaming because not using it for that, so don’t know how well it would do. Everything looks as clean as new and as described.

Product key wrong – I don’t appreciate the fact it’s giving me an error code when I activate windows when the product key says windows 7 and the tech support won’t help me fix it to windows 10 when I bought computer and it specified windows 10 pro

Nice for the price. – I bought this computer to replace an old Lenova running Windows 8. Delivery was originally scheduled for a Friday, changed to Tuesday and delivered on Monday. It was missing one very small piece used to extend the screw holes for attaching the monitor, but there was one I could steal from another unused area. The monitor has a very nice swivel base that sits a little higher than my previous one, but I like that I’m looking straight at the monitor instead of a bit down. The monitor itself is a good size (large, but not too large) for the desk I use. The keyboard seems a little lightweight, but it works fine. Setup was easy and the tower has plenty of USB ports in it. The only thing I’m missing is a reader for SIM cards. I take photos with a digital camera and am used to removing the SIM card and downloading my pics directly from it. I just need to figure that out later. I’ve only had the computer for a few days now, but so far, I like it. Nice and quiet compared to my older one.

Perfect For Gaming For My Youngest Child – 2 Issues That Are Not Major .. 2 Small Gouges On The Monitor Screen & And Can Not Be Upgraded To Windows 11 Which May Cause An Issue In Time .. But Keeps Up Perfectly With Roblox , Minecraft & Such

Decent PC for the price, accessories are essentially throw-away items, some visible wear, dirt – I haven’t had a ton of time to see what these computers can do but so far they seem to operate well. For the price it’s difficult to complain, but I am realizing that what I truly bought was a PC, not a great “set”.
