Value for the money – Overall this computer is decent. It was supposed to come with WIFI but the CD to install it was missing so we had to spend another $45 to purchase the WIFI stick and CD

Nice computer for the price – Packed really well, easy setup, and activated at once. As most computers now there is no cd driver so had to order an external driver as I still use some older software but other than that no complaints

Didn’t get the correct keyboard or mouse, but looks. Good customer service though. – The computer came 2 days early which was good but it did come with the wrong keyboard and mouse, so I called the customer service number provided on the paper from SJ Computers. There was no hold time and talked to someone right away and they said that they sent the wrong stuff because they were out of stock on the correct keyboard and mouse in the pics, so they said that I could get a refund of $15 or just keep the keyboard and mouse they sent and they’ll send the correct ones when they’re in stock again which was what I did, so it was great customer service (I talked to Steven Brown btw) and fast even though I did get the wrong keyboard and mouse in the 1st place. Haven’t gotten the correct keyboard or mouse yet though because I just got off the phone with them. And I haven’t turned on or used the computer at all yet but it looks good so far. And also the speakers are super duper tiny btw. The pic of them is very misleading. Overall I’m satisfied since I plan on getting a better graphics card and whatnot anyway.
