Battery bad and swelling – Computer is solid, everything works and even came with windows 11, but the safety risk of a bloated lithium battery knocks this two stars down. Refurbished implies they opened it up and verified everything was in good working condition, so the seller had to have seen the battery. There was a lot of dust inside when I replaced the battery as well.

The seller did not help with graphic card problems and refuse to return the item. – A total waste of money. During the first three months, the laptop fan makes strange noises. I contacted the seller about the problem and he suggested a refund of $95 for repair coverage. At this time, I accepted the seller’s suggestion believing that the local repair shop would fix the problem. During the first 3 months, another problem arose, the laptop stopped repeatedly (I have pictures of the laptop stuck and the error it shows). At first, I thought the problem was with the drivers that just need to be updated (this is what colleagues suggested to me). I updated the drivers and the problem is still there. A local repair store said that the laptop might have hardware issues with the Invidia card drawing or that the seller used an incompatible RAM or drive when performing the upgrade.

So far so good. Shipment was 2 days faster than listed, shipment box was poor. – So far computer is doing well. Excellent condition of a used equipment as stated. The shipment box it came in was poorly packaged. The computer was loose inside the box. It should have been at least taped to the cardboard and bubble wrap. Both were simply loose in the box and allowed the computer to be knocked around inside. The cardboard was even folded wrong as it is supposed to be concave, securing the laptop away from all surfaces. Whatever, glad I got it.
