Better than I anticipated – The reviews were mixed, but I took a chance due to the return policy. The computer is in pristine condition and updated to the newest operating system. So far, I have zero complaints. The computer is ding free and the screen is also scratch free. If I have issues, I’ll update my review. I ordered on Sunday and had it in hand by Wednesday, 1 day earlier than promised. This is a super deal on a used MacBook Air.

Risky purchase – Everything was ok until the second month of using the computer; it started malfunctioning. Whenever I would try to type something, the computer would automatically type semicolons continuously (random and weird!). Some of my buttons were malfunctioning as well, they just wouldn’t work at times. I requested a return and while I was preparing the computer for return, I restarted it and it would not fully boot… it kept on getting stuck on the apple logo. That was the final straw and I fully decided I wasn’t going to keep it. I definitely need a refund.

Good value for a college student without high-power needs! – Processor-wise, this MacBook Air isn’t a powerhouse, or blazingly fast. But it upgraded to Ventura 13.0.1 just fine, so it’s as current as can be for MacOS now (pro tip – always upgrade your MacOS when buying a refurb, as it more than likely won’t be current since it was shipped from a shelf, I’d bet).

Not the best purchase.. – Just for my MacBook Air the other day (11/9/22) and it started off pretty good!! I was so excited to finally upgrade from my 2015 MacBook Air. I was trying to decide between the Air or Pro version and decided the Air.. i’ve been using it for about 5 days and yesterday it was making sounds but the screen wouldn’t come on..it was charged and plugged in but the screen was dead. I tried force restarting it and different things and nothing would work. but finally it eventually turned on..then today my computer kept freezing and glitching and apps wouldn’t close and safari wouldn’t work. I mean it’s definitely better than my old MacBook Air but it’s not worth spending $600 on tbh. I should have paid a few more hundred for a brand new one from Apple. Gonna be returning this but I mean if you don’t wanna spend the extra money it’s prob fine then 🙂

I don’t think it’s authentic I think it’s a rebuilt piece of dung – See above. It’s a pain in the aXx to use. How many different passwords do I need to have. Ya have to get a degree to use this produce

Excellent value and quality. – We needed a solid and affordable laptop for our daughter heading to college. She wanted a Mac, new ones are so expensive, this was a great compromise. The “Air” is deceiving, as it is a heavy bugger, but is thin. So far, she loves it!
