Can’t use full security settings – Not sure what was done when this was refurbished but security can only be used atedium or none at all. Whenever u try using full security the computer just continues to restart over and over

Great Laptop. Charger did not work. – I love how fast I had received my laptop. Works Great and looks Brand New. The only downside is when I received the laptop it was completely dead ,which I expected. The battery life is ok, but the charger that came with the laptop did not work. Overall I love my laptop.

So far so good! – I was surprised by the price which made it a little nervewracking for me to go through with the purchase but I did. It came one day early (3 days to get here instead of the 4 it said to begin with) which was a nice surprise. The charger is an aftermarket one and I noticed it getting hot when I used it which made me nervous so I purchased a real Apple: charger and Apple: USB-C block which seemed to solve the overheating problem. It does have one big scratch on the back of it near the Apple logo but I’m not too worried about it. Although, it does state that the product doesn’t come with any wear or tear that can be seen from 12 inches away (in my experience..untrue). Battery life is excellent and the sound, keyboard, and screen work perfectly. I am happy with this purchase so far!

Perfect! – I absolutely love it! I was very nervous to buy a refurbished MacBook but you would never be able to tell. It did not come with an apple charger or in the apple box but the aftermarket charger it came with does the job. I’ve had it for almost 2weeks and it’s still working great, I did have to update it but that was no problem. I would definitely recommend this, new quality with a lower price.
