VERY IMPRESSED ! – I recently had some problems with my Wi-Fi driver of this laptop, was contacted by their tech support and they helped me solve my problem! No extra charge! Very impressive but this laptop!

High quality, affordable pricing. – This laptop is extremely loaded to be less than $500. The lighting is amazing. I haven’t uploaded too much, however, the processing hasn’t slowed down with the all of my saved items. The color of the laptop is vibrant, no fullness to it at all. Most of the time the color isn’t as bright as the photos shown online, this is not the case.

works great. – I liked that it started right up with no issues, and we got it the next day after ordering .It has a nice large picture screen we both can see. It also has a nice large key pad. Everything is easy to use.

Great product!! – I think the laptop is really nice looking and comes packaged well. I received my laptop today but found out the right side number pad and the F1-F12 keys are not working. I tried troubleshooting with a representative but we had no luck. I’m also very confused on why the screen says 6 S3 0467 in faint red writing. This looks like a error code. Is this normal.

Disappointed – Was looking for a replacement laptop that was lighter than what I had but in the same price range. I work from home full-time, just need something for business – virtual meetings, electonic billing, word processing, and the occasional role play video game w my daughter. The WiFi driver stopped working. (I noticed at least one other review mentioned this.) The sound – even at max volume – was too quiet. I thought it might be a Windows 11 issue, although the laptop came with it installed. Tried troubleshooting sound issues incl w Win 11. Nothing worked but did not exhaust all possibilities. Then there’s the mousepad. It’s too big and right in the center. I prefer an external mouse so I locked the pad off, but it still clicked every time I typed. Frickin’ irritating!! My previous laptop is a Lenovo which uses a smaller pad and places it left of center. I am returning this item.
