Hi – The purchase and everything very well but when I entered Amazon he told me his package was Delayed and he has not had any type of update since November 21.

Great Stream Deck Value… But… – This is a great product with one exception. I’ve used it now for several streams on Twitch. I’m able to change the scenes, give shout outs and even call up Clippy inserts and clip my own personal stream. This is a great tool for a content creator to consistently change scenes so that they don’t have to go back to their OBS studio and manually do it; which could take away from the experience. But there’s one glaring issue. If you get this device refurbished, please know the USB may be somewhat weak. This this was the issue with mine. Every time I restarted my computer, it didn’t come immediately back on. When I started up these stream deck software, it would come on but, then the screen would go immediately out. When I moved the stream deck was when I noticed that if you slightly bump the USB, it changed whether or not it recognized that it was connected. This is not a major issue as my stream deck doesn’t move often, but it does matter if you are using it while you travel. It’s still a great value and I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking to get into live streaming and content creation. That’s the only reason why I could not give it five stars.

I don’t stream but I do love macro keys! – I have been trying to decide if I should buy this item for a while now and when I found the older version for thirty dollars cheaper I took the plunge. I love this product! It is so easy to use and if there is something you don’t understand, there is probably a video out there to answer your questions and more! The plug ins are very easy to install. just go the the Stream Deck Store via the button at the top of the software, find a plug in you wand and press the install button. The install button will then turn into an Uninstall button if you change your mind. I have only had this product for a week and three days but it is awesome! I was not too thrilled with the adjustable stand, as it tends to close when you pick it up to move and it isn’t all that adjustable. I just used Velcro cable ties to keep it in place and then switched to a tablet stand I had for better adjustment. I have watched quite a few videos which have helped me learn what I can do and how to get it done.
