Terrible packaging by Amazon – This is the second time we’ve ordered this combination package from Amazon of Epson computer ink cartridges, and the second time UPS has delivered them in a very battered and broken cardboard box inside an intact envelope. The product works, no damage done, but sooner or later if you don’t start handling this more carefully it will not work after installation. As to the price, it’s outrageous, but no worse than anybody else’s for printer ink cartridges.

Product is fine; but purchasing options are NOT – Someone at Amazon needs to revise the purchase options for this series of ink cartridges. There are NINE different options combining the 5 different cartridges, and the descriptions are ambiguous. Obviously, there are 4 basic colors, but some options include an additional color, and it is not clear what is being included. One option is “4 Color ink + ink”. What does THAT mean? There is also a difference between “Premium Black” and “Black Ink”. Another option says “4 Color ink + Photo Paper” (No, it doesn’t really mean you’re getting photo paper.) Very confusing; and it cost me unnecessary expense for an unneeded cartridge. Amazon, please clean this up.

Great ink, BUT… – It would be nice if ALL the ink in this pkg was high capacity. Only the one black cartridge is high capacity. Also, Epson should consider selling their brand ink a little cheaper! Costs more than the original cost of the printer. Price is disappointing.
