Why – I bought this the end of April or beginning of may this year for my sons bday. It gives off a lot of heat when it’s on, freezes, wouldn’t shut off, and now won’t turn on. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone for help and now I feel I wasted a few hundred dollars for something that broke in less then 5 months. Great gift to waste money and break a kids heart for it to break down fast with no reason. Unsatisfied customer

Terrible but workable . – You can’t run a single Game Pass title on this Pc it will crash and stutter including popular Call Of Duty Warzone. If your in it for gaming don’t buy this save your money for a Xbox Series X it has way more value or a PS5 . Thanks have a good day.

Fantastic PC for the price! – Great PC for the price! Sure, if you have the skill and time, you can build a better PC cheaper. That’s called business! Bought two of these, one for each of my kids, and I am extremely jealous. Not only are they cool as hell, they perform great! Plug and play! I had and issue with one after a power outage and had nothing but fantastic customer service! I was able to fix the issue and we are back up and running! I would definitely recommend this PC and if I can convince the wife I might get one for myself.

Will not stay connected to Wi-Fi – I bought for My grandson 12 year old grandson . we have to add Wi-Fi adapter and other modifications. I don’t think the PC is worth the money. Will send it back for total refund. DO NOt BUY THIS , no Wi-Fi connection. You will have to purchase a Wi-Fi card and other system updates.

Item stopped working and terrible customer service!! – Well, we bought this computer for Christmas 2021, and approximately one month ago just stopped working. I contacted the customer service (Automated freaky thing, by the way!), let message and no one has reached out to me!! The service towards customers in the US had been getting worse and worse. I’ll try to contact CS again and see what happens. But still, my review remains.
