They have embraced the Grandpad and we have been video calls rather than our standard cell phone calls. Picture sharing has been amazing as well as trusted contacts can securely and easily upload pictures which automatically show up on their Grandpas. And Mom is now connected to family members she hasn’t communicated with in years. In two weeks she’s already used the Grandpad more than she used her desktop in any given six months, and it is a massive relief to know that her computer use is now secure and safe from scammers and pfishers.
