Keeps freezing and screen turns black randomly. Have to keep restarting it. – It keeps freezing randomly and i have to keep restarting it. The screen will turn black with the arrow still being on the screen but it don’t move. It’s very annoying. Just wanna break it. Frustrating

Not the correct Year – I bought this Chromebook because it was advertised as a 2022; however, it was refurbished, but not originally a 2022 model. this makes the updates the computer can have limited. And in this case, it was at its limit of updates available. too bad, because otherwise, ok. I returned it.
