This little PC is a great value – This HP laptop is lightweight, so perfect for carrying from room to room at home and to meetings, too. Have had no issues; no worries about missing a huge storage drive either, since I can connect to my backup drive anytime needed or use the cloud. Not having DVD read/write is no big deal because I have that ability on my desktop, and never use it anyway! This has a flash card reader, 2 USBs, 1 C and an HDMI connection. What else do I need? This is not a gaming laptop or an accountant’s dream (no 10-key) and, although it is not a touchscreen, it is perfect for everyday use at home and for light office work. The case is plastic and feels a little cheap, but who cares? It is dark blue and textured so never shows fingerprints or dirt. Sure, I would take a higher end model if I didn’t have to pay for it, but this meets my needs and my expectations. I’m perfectly happy with this item.

Awesome HP laptop – We bought this during prime day for $143.26 which was 44% off at that time. It’s a great computer and fast. It connects fast and the screen is clear with good graphics. I have no complaints. It’s the best laptop I’ve had so far. It had fast set up also. The pretty blue color is just a bonus and it’s not heavy. I highly recommend it.

Super slow – I bought this laptop to browse the internet, check email, homework, – simple things. It is the slowest laptop I’ve ever had. It struggles to even check my email. It freezes randomly, closes my webpages unexpectedly, & the screen is so pixelated. I do not recommend at all. Definitely spend a little extra money on one that actually works.

Comes With No Warranty! – This laptop has that it includes a 1 year warranty, however what it fails to mention is the laptop was purchased the prior year and placed for sale as new on Amazon. Once I registered my computer with HP with the serial number I found out the warranty was expired. I brought this to the seller’s attention, they told me to show HP my receipt and they will update warranty, well you guessed it, they did not. I will think twice before purchase another new laptop from here.
