      Finally a decent laptop! – For the past couple of years, I’ve been dealing with cheaper laptops because that is all I could afford. I need a laptop for my business, so I need something that can handle 3 things open at once. I didn’t have the money to spare, but this laptop is worth every dime. I wish it were smaller (in case I ever travel somewhere) but absolutely no real complaints. I have 2 browsers with 4 tabs each open on each, the Spotify app, MS Word and Excel open and no problems. The touchscreen is nice. I don’t use it often because I’m used to not having one. But when needed, it is great. If you need an upgrade, this laptop is for you. Maybe get a 15″ if you don’t need a big screen.

      Touch screen and keyboard hard to read – I replaced my old HP Pavillion laptop with this laptop thinking I would get essentially the same touch screen and keyboard, but unless the screen is positioned just right it either loses contrast or is too dark (too much contrast), also unless you are looking directly into the keyboard, it is very hard to read, even with the back lighted feature. Other than those two issues, it is very fast and has been problem free.

I only received a little less than 11 months of warranty. There is nothing in their posting for sale that let’s you as a buying to know that. The site also did not promise a year warranty, but when buying new you assume you will get a year warranty.
