Me encantó – Estaba buscando una computadora que pudiera correr varios programas de sublimación a la vez. Que pudiera con todo pero que fuera económica. Esta es la perfecta! Se que hay mucha gente sin escrúpulos y egoístas que publican reseñas negativas para que los demás no disfruten de este y otros artículos. Por culpa de eso yo también desconfíe de su potencial pero tomé la decisión y ahora más que una computadora se ha convertido en el pilar de mi negocio.

Great value – So exited to get this computer. Easy to set up and use. I did a lot of research before purchase. Value for the money is fantastic. Slim and light weight. Recommend!!

not enough USB – only 2 USB ports. for some reason the font on the screen is a mess. Probably the wrong setting, but the text is so small it is hard to read. When I try to fix it, the type is sometimes jumbled. It is very light and I don’t use it other than when it is plugged in so battery life is not known.

Wierd – Standard HP laptop. What I don’t like is that I bought it on Nov. 29th. I received it on December 2nd and the 90 day free tech support from HP was already expired and I only have the warranty until August. The vendor assures me I have their tech support for one year and that this is a new laptop and not refurbished but I don’t understand why the warranty expired in August then instead of December of next year. Not happy with this situation.

Does what My wife needs it to do. – I ordered this after looking for a laptop that would serve my wifes needs. She has a job that requires her to do remote work. I know a little bit about computers. After reading the reviews and taking in to account the previouse experiences with hp… (Some good, some not so good), I decided to bite. The price for what you are getting is preaty good. The only thing that would have set it above it’s competitors was if it had a touch screen. That don’t matter though since my wife doesn’t use a touch screen. I know people have had a hard time with the blue screen of death, but I was able to bypass that event by setting it up by turning off all…. I mean all the options off and oppted out of sending hp and microsoft any info about the laptop’s performance options. That kind of stuff just plugs up the processing unit on it and causes to many problems. After uninstalling useless programs… (Cortana…microsoft cloud stuff, etc…), it runs great with no hiccups. Thanks for making an affordable computer that works when set up a little better. The larger screen is clear and nice to read. The only complaint is the fact that you have to set up an internet connection right off the bat. Why can’t I have the option to set it up and then, if I wished to, set up an internet connection. Forcing someone to have a microsoft account just to get on the computer is really not cool. I understand the licencing thing and the tracing everyone’s stuff, but really…. Why. Give the user the choice. That is the reason for the four stars. Other than that is is a good laptop with plenty of power to do what ever your heart desires. Happy laptopping! New word of the day…
