Kept shut down with blue screen – I was happy when I received this laptop, however it got blue screen once a day, and that happens frequently and finally won’t be able to use at all. Very disappointed and I had to pay extra for shipping back for return.

Had trouble getting it to recognize second monitor, but once it found it no problem – When I first tried to connect an external monitor to the HDMI port, it wouldn’t even detect it, even rebooting with the monitor connected. The monitor was known to work with other computers. After I tried connecting it to a borrowed monitor which worked, then when I plugged my monitor in it worked and has continued working.
