      Inexplicably is not even close to being a laptop or electronic device of any kind – This was highly rated and an ‘Amazon Choice’ and I bought for my mother as her laptop died and she just needs something simple and familiar to her (she had an HP before). I wondered if this was shady and obviously is … my mom got some sort of cheap shelving unit, not a laptop. Will have to see how the return goes and am really disappointed, ugh … really? Really?

      Having problems – I am having a problem setting up the computer? The screen is frozen will have someone look at it but may be defective may ave to return

      i’ve ever owned.Slowest PC – I’ve had the HP 255 G8 Notebook for two days. My wife likes to play FB games like “Word Connect”, ” 5 Differences”, “Double U Casino”, etc. EVERY time after about 5 – 10 minutes of online play the PC slows to a crawl. Logging out of FB, then logging back in fixes the problem but only for another 5 – 10 minutes. Very frustrating. Our other PC’s do not behave this way on the FB website. I’ll likely return the PC for a different one that operates better with online FB games.

      It’s a scam trust me. – 1st off the laptop is cheap as hell and slow doesn’t even let you use google. And LITERALLY 10 minutes after opening and signing in Microsoft locked me out of the computer saying “this laptop was used to steal data” then took me to a sketchy Indian call center where I had to pay to fix it so yeah laptop is absolutely useless now and I just lost $270 DONT BUY IT!!!

      BUZZZZZ noise – Came super fast in a week. Is light and works great. I can play 4K video easily. But unfortunately the FAN or the HARD DRIVE is SOOOOO LOUD. While watching movie and during the silence part all I can hear is the FAN NOISE. Is like a Mosquito buzzing nonstop. Is this why is cheap? Too bad I really like the laptop for the price but just can’t stand the FAN noise. So sadly have to return it.
