OK for email….not for games – Nice computer at a good price with easy set up. The video card is integrated…don’t ever buy a computer with a “general use” integrated video card if you want to experience good gaming. Really good video cards will cost as much at this computer bundle, so if you want to check email and buy on Amazon…it’s adequate. If you want to play games that were created in the 21st Century, buy a computer with a modular motherboard so you can update the video card as the gaming world evolves. This computer has good computing power with adequate CPU, adequate RAM, and reasonable SSD drive, so it would be great for gaming otherwise. Too bad the integrated video card is substandard. ARTZ3

keyboard did not work correctly – KEYBOARD DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY. SOME OF THE KEYS DID NOT WORK. SINCE I BOUGHT AS A BUNDLE I WILL JUST HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER KEYBOARD SOMEWHERE ELSE. TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE JUST TO SEND THE KEYBOARD BACK.

All around amazing – The price is definitely worth it it comes with an rgb keyboard mouse and the pc itself has rgb leds. I have never seen a stock pc tower that can play grand theft auto v as flawless as it does. I mean it has its times when you are around lots of people it will lag but it’s not that bad. I still plan on getting a nice graphics card. All around awesome pc.

On a positive side – I weighed the positive and negative responses to this product and I’d try it for two weeks. It’s been performing great for what it is, I can use Adobe products,(photoshop & illustrator, haven’t tested it on premiere since I didn’t need it) it starts up fast, and while I can’t speak for the screen quality since I’m no expert, I can say it overall delivers. However I can’t review this without saying that their is a history of even if short of missing components to other customers, if this was supposed to come with a camera I didn’t get one.In this case though that was fine, because I didn’t want it in the first place. This has been my personal experience and nothing more. All in all it’s great and makes a perfect replacement for my dying laptop.

good computer but less impressed with customer service – I needed a new computer because my old lap top was running out of memory. I found this set up and liked the value. Everything was packaged nice except the web cam. It was in a box loose with the tower (which was packaged in another box nicely) during shipping the webcam had come out of it’s unit carton and was smashed by the tower. I reached out to the company and they did send me a new cam but the one the sent was obviously used and also broken. The clip that holds it to the computer was snapped off and you could clearly see that it was. I didn’t waste my time trying to get another one. The camera itself was poor quality and the mic on it was even worse. It sounded like you were talking with a metal trash can over your head. All in all I’m happy with the computer. I did have to by speakers for it though so keep that in mind when you purchase.
