Hidden Slopiness – I purchased this refurbished PC to run as a surveillance server. The PC took a 5 days to arrive, but nothing too long. It was packaged nicely to avoid shipping damage, but as it was a refurbished unit it did have some scratches. They are hardly noticeable and not something I would be concerned about on a refurbished unit. Windows was properly installed and ready to be configured. If I were to start using the computer like that then I would have given it 5 stars, but I needed to add an additional for video footage. Inside I found two thing, neither of which are deal breakers, but they could indicate some sloppiness on the refurbishers part. First I noticed that there was plastic a piece hot glued on the case. Further inspection revealed that it was there simply as an indicator that there was a security screw hole for the face plate. I’m unsure if the screw is missing or if this was even the work of the refurbisher, but then when I began to run the additional SATA cable for the new drive a metal washer fell into the case. I found that this metal washer was part of a missing drive mounting screw for the cheapo ADATA drive that I can only conclude was replaced as part of the refurbishing. The missing screw shouldn’t cause any problems, but it’s one of those things that you can tell someone just didn’t take the time to do the job properly.

ProDesk HP Business Desktop – I just ordered this computer 2 days ago it said it was excellent condition that includes no body damage but on the front of the sub slots they were bent. I am returning this item hopefully they replace it with a better computer. Because now I have to go sent it back. What a hassle. Like don’t say it’s in excellent condition if it’s really not. Just say it’s in good condition and it should been cheaper and I would said okay for scratches and bends in the usb slots

Good buy for the money! – it purchased this system to use as a cloning machine. Primarily because it is a full size system. I added an additional SATA cable to and have been cloning successfully. The lid on this device opens by a handle, rather than having to unscrew screws.
