The laptop DID NOT EVEN TURN ON! Broken laptop sold – The brand new Chromebook laptop did NOT even turn on. Evidently it was not checked before it was shipped to see if it was faulty. Also, I was charged $18!!!!! To return a broken laptop!!! I WILL NEVER purchase technology online again. I’m furious because I needed the laptop for a zoom training course and had to scramble around to get a substitute.
