      GREAT! – I have only used Microsoft on computers but found this to be great. Contrary to comments from others, there is no problem with the picture quality. I am hard of hearing and the sound is not loud enough for me is the only thing I can criticize it for. It does not have a touch screen so I can’t rate that and haven’t had it long enough to rate the battery life except is last a long time before charging.

Then you are stuck having to contact HP Customer Service for them to determine if you receive a refund. It’s not worth the hassle!! Very disappointed in this product.
