Your shipment 1Z9758VX9029011556 On Friday, September 09 at 11:33 A.M. at Dock Returned – I tried several times to get the computer to connect to my monitor I recd an dapter but it still would not connect I had to buy a VGA adapter to get it to work too much hassal

Very Pleased with the speed and capability of the desktop – I opened the box and made the connections and it started right up and updated everything. I was expecting a VGA and HDMI connection, the actual connection I made for my 2-monitor setup was DVI and HDMI. Luckily one of my monitors had a DVI port and I had a DVI cable. The VGA port was on a separate video card. I had read on other reviews that VGA port was disabled. The HDMI connection on the video card was not HDMI it was like a firestick connection, but the box included the adapter to make it HDMI. Luckily, I was just savy enough to recognize this as I was setting up.

So far I am very happy – You don’t really know what kind of quality you are going to get when you purchase refurbs. So far I think this is a good bang for your buck. I purchased it as a starter 3D modelling computer – right away I will say you may want to upgrade the GPU. This one works fine but it isn’t going to work fine in a year or two for me. But there should be plenty of space in this tower so hopefully that won’t be a big deal. I doubt you hardcore gamers would be happy with this older model graphics card. Everything was decent quality except that they sent me a power cord that didn’t even match the female male to the tower! I used another one I had lying around to test the computer and the mouse they sent was faulty and and somehow froze up the cursor. Argh. I sent them feedback and they quickly sent me a new mouse and cord, so no harm no foul really. All in all it is a fast computer when you use the SSD but of course the 2 terrabyte HDD is pretty slow. That’s okay because I wanted that amount of space for storage anyways but accessing is slower than I thought it would be. All in all for the price I think it is a decent deal. The wifi is an external adapter you have to plug in, so there is that. There are PLENTY of usb sockets! Happy with purchase so far. If it lives happily for a year I may buy from this company again.
