I enjoy it – I want to start off by saying Im no computer expert, my boyfriend found this for me so I assume it’ll do all I need and be fast enough to keep up. I originally tried to cancel the order after seeing a Q&A stating that this computer doesn’t have a webcam, which I need for work at some point but it was already in the process of shipping. I figured I’d just order a camera instead of trying to find a different computer but I was pleasantly surprised to see it does have a webcam! So far I really enjoy this computer, MUCH more than any other laptop I’ve used. It’s small and light and I can sit comfortably with it on my lap. It’s super fast, keep in mind I’ve only used it for classes so far. Hopefully it’ll continue to be fast once I have all my work stuff in there. It looks brand new, not a single scratch is on it, the keyboard and mouse are nice and smooth. Over all I really love this computer will actually use it (Usually I get a laptop, hate it and pass it down to the kids).

Came with a crappy onboard battery – I do not like that there is no charging light. The browsers are defaulting into Japanese on the bookmarks and tabs and some content. I got lucky with Google settings has English, but the Edge browser is useless, it’s all in Japanese or whatever symbol Asian language. The battery is complete crap. I got this machine today and plugged it in to charge. Unplugged it when it reached 100%. I’ve only had it off the charger 1 hour now and it is already down to 45%. So I would never buy from this supplier again. I paid too much for it, glad I bought the 4 year tech warranty at least if there are OS problems in the future. I like the HP Elite just for how fast it is and how lightweight the machine is. I would prefer to have a backlit keyboard and a keypad, though. If it holds up it will be a perfect business machine for a few years. I expect 8 to 10 years of life from all my computers. But I may need to buy something completely different if I want to do music recording.

Excelente inversión – La compré para fines de estudio y se adapta muy bién a su utilidad, el tamaño y peso hace que la puede llevar a todos lados sin ningún problema. La bateria es muy duradera y su capacidad muy buena, creo que es una buena inversión en comparación de calidad precio.

Doesn’t shut down perfectly, thus drains the battery even when it’s not in use. – The laptop has a problem with shutting down completely. Hence the battery drains even when it’s not in use. It always requires you to plug it into current when in use. Otherwise the battery runs down very quickly. It can’t keep a fully charged battery for up to an hour during use. That sucks

Very nice – Great speed, backlit keyboard and can buy accessories for it since it is a name brand item. Very pleased with this model laptop.

First, as soon as I powered it on, it cycled between the HP logo and a black screen. Logo, black screen. Logo, black screen. Rinse and repeat. Finally, after hitting escape a couple of dozen times, I got into the BIOS.
