No Keyboard Light – I received this laptop today, it looks like a new one with no scratches at all. Delivery was timely and the specs were exactly as stated in the description except that it had no Keyboard illumination. I am disappointed because this was the primary reason I looked forward to having this device.

Mostly Happy – The laptop was delivered exactly when said & it was properly packaged for shipping. So far we’ve experienced no issues. I was under the impression it was a touch screen laptop, it is not a touchscreen. There is a backlit keyboard & a webcam. I charged it up & it started no problem. the windows programs are installed. it was easy to set up. The laptop looks new, no dings or dents.

Works great – Boots fast and functions as a new laptop should. There is no visible wear anywhere on the unit. I dinged the rating by one star only because I’m not convinced that it was cleaned thoroughly. The product description makes it sound as if it went through a rigid refurbishment. When I removed the back to add a second hard drive there was dust on the fan blades for the processor cooling fan. One quick blast of canned air solved that issue.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW. Good laptop – I received this machine on 12/4/22. The shipping was delayed but nothing too extreme. The first problem I noticed is the Touch Pad. I am unable to use two fingers and scroll up and down on a page. This machine was purchased for my company and we found this issue a major problem in our operations. However, I said “It’s fine, we will work around it and use a mouse”. That went alright for the first 10 minutes until I found that some of the keys aren’t functioning the way they should be. This includes the brightness of the screen (bright and dim) seems to refresh and tab through sections vs lowering and raising the brightness. The other function that doesn’t work is the volume buttons ( again, up and down ). This became frustrating quite quickly. Again, I said we will work around this issue. The final straw was when we were setting up the laptop. We found that we couldn’t install drivers for the touch pad because they are not available. Also, we are not able to use the finger print feature to unlock the computer. Again, we are not able to install drivers because they are not available. At the end of the day, we have decided to move forward with a return and refund.
