Great for the price – I needed a backup laptop for very limited use so didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a new one. I bought this just to play with my daughter with her online games, and to keep an itunes account. As advised, I installed all the recommended updates as soon as I started it. The unit looked 98% new and runs perfectly. The online game loaded and played without issue. I am very happy with the purchase.

Awsome computer for the price – Have to use this for working on cars and need a fast, reliable computer to be able to work without stopping. This computer works perfect. I did have to update the system and drivers. I have one issue with this computer, and that’s the USB port will sometimes stop reading. Seems to be a software issue. But it’s once every couple a weeks and a restart always fixes it. Love this computer

SMALL SIZE, NICELY PRICED, VERY USEFUL – This little laptop works great for a lot of things. I was surprised to find this kind of speed and power at such a low price (after signing up for an Amazon card and buying refurbished, this cost me $325). The main drawback is the battery life is only adequate, not great. Screen size and look is excellent. The USB 3.0 ports consistently give me real world transfer speeds of 40MB/Second, which I find FAST! There’s plenty of ports to hook up to. The transfer speed of the SSD Card port is a little bit too slow, but I don’t use it much.

The laptop skin is not staying in place. – The sticker the seller used on the laptops outer shell to make the laptop look like new keeps bubbling and pealing. I have to keep smoothing the sticker down with my hands.

Clean with no visible scratches, etc. Works fine but I wanted some features it lacked (touch screen, backlit keys, and numeric keypad) For $300 I was willing to be without them. BUT the camera is TERRIBLE. DEAL BREAKER. I sent it back and invested another $250 to get all I wanted in a new HP.
