      Had to return it – Everything was nice but one issue that it kept turning off while using it.

      Windows was not installed, expensive brick – Received the product and it didn’t have windows on it and booted up in a way that was unusable to the laymen. Sent it back as it was incorrectly marketed as having a version of windows installed. Buyer beware, good luck.

      Ports don’t work, LTE slot not functioning – I was very happy with the price and performance of this tablet/laptop, but highly disappointed that the HDMI and the left USB port as well as the USBC port all simply do not work. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until it was too late to return.

      Amazing customer service – I ordered this laptop and unfortunately did have issues with the battery. I contacted customer support and they immediately responded and began troubleshooting. They sent me batteries and ultimately a new laptop which ended up working great. Definitely would buy from them again!
