An excellent laptop – An excellent laptop with minor defects. I love the laptop. Everything is great but the trackpad which sometimes misbehaves and the led screen detaching from its location.

Bad charging port – Update: The Amazon team did a great job with communication after my complaint about the laptop. They have since sent me a new one that works well so far, I just got it today. They stated that they get them from HP already packaged and ready to sell. So I guess if that’s true, I just ended up with a dud. But I was really impressed with their quick response and action in fixing the problem

Very clean, no obvious damage, arrived quickly – Well, I received a very clean like new laptop. It appeared to be in like new condition. I just couldnt get it to turn on! I called customer service and the hooked me up with tech support and they very helpfully assisted me in finding the power button (I thought the fingerprint reader was the power button ) The computer updated its brains and things were going great until I discovered that 4 of the keyboard buttons didn’t work. I uninstalled the keyboard drivers, restarted, etcetera to no avail. I called customer service again and with no issues was able to secure a prepaid shipping label and a guarantee of a replacement. Sad the computer had some issues, but it was odd keys, so I don’t fault them for the miss as I knew it was a refurbished unit. I would buy from them again.

So far so good – I have had the computer about a month. I bought it because a work program would only run on a windows computer and I own a Macbook. The computer was easy to set up. I am on and off of it all day and the battery lasts for the day. I charge it each day. The computer is fast. I needed Internet Explorer and it has edge. I had to go into settings to stop Edge from automatically taking over. I am happy with the computer overall.

customer support not available sell if you use amazon prime, only return or refund – I had two issues with this computer. My email program was corrupted and had to be uninstalled and reinstalled as well as an internal time issue. I called the seller and was advised that since I bought it from amazon prime i would have to call amazon and the only option was return or refund. Awesome built and features. – It’s one of the best laptops I ever had. Light, versatile and good looking, touch screen, camera compatible with Windows Hello biometric login. Excellent for almost any work from home or office activity and light enough to take with you on any road trip.
