Bang for the buck – For the price I was worried I wouldn’t get the actual specs stated. That worry was unfounded. I got the 64-bit Windows 10 Pro, 32G of Ram, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz , 1 TB hard-drive, and a mouse and keyboard. As well a power cord, no audio/video cables or speakers.

I did not recieve the computer that I ordered – I recieved my order 11 days after it was shipped. I ordered a HP elite 800 series computer. I received a Prodesk 600 series , which is an older computer than I ordered. NO, I don’t want to return this computer for another one . I have already set this one up and it works well.

A Major upgrade at a very low cost. How can one go wrong at this price point. – After a lot of research and procrastination I decided to buy this refurbished HP 800 G1.

Kinda noisy. – It doesn’t seem to have any major problems as of yet. However, it has a constant noise coming from it that never seems togo away even when it’s shut off. I’m not sure what’s causing it but so long as it works for what I plan to use it for it’ll be good enough for me. Also, the graphics card isn’t very good and will need to be replaced before I can continue with my hobby. For some reason it was packaged in two boxes. When opening the first box it had paper to cushion the 2nd box but only 2 pieces. In my opinion it definitely could’ve used more paper just to be sure it was safe. The 2nd boxes had Styrofoam in it to protect the tower from moving around.

I was shocked that I was forced to add a USB bluetooth & a high speed WIFI adapter. Still. I think that given the current market and the ability to purchase continuing tech support after the Refurbisher’s parts & labor warranty expire, this unit is a good purchase when money is short.
